How do I transfer ownership after a sale?

1. The seller logs in to eCitizen, opens NTSA and starts a Transfer of Ownership for the vehicle.
2. The buyer logs in to their own eCitizen account, accepts the transfer and pays the transfer fee.
3. Both parties may need to present original IDs and KRA PIN details if requested.
4. NTSA issues the new logbook in the buyer's name.

Only release the car and the original logbook once the full payment has cleared in your account.
